Successful Business Model: We have an excellent business plan that lets you keep more of your earnings. As an independent firm, we do not have huge franchise fees to pay and we pass the savings along to our agents. Our monthly fee for Professional Liability Insurance and Georgia MLS membership is very low. Fees can be paid quarterly, semi-annually or annually. We charge a reasonable transaction fee based on the value of the transaction and our commission split is a generous 90/10!
Personal Commitment to Agent Development: In a large firm, you and your needs can easily be overlooked. We are there for each agent.
